My not so eventful Friday Morning.

Well it's only 8:36am on Friday and most might think that's not early. To me this is very early. Al though I'm up at this time everyday it's still early to me. Well last night I played around on face book and then on here for awhile and started thinking... not a good thing for me at midnight. Anyways I have come to terms with the fact that I wont get to talk to my Husband anytime soon and after this blog I will not say another word about it. What is the point? I'm just going to be told the same thing 100 times... He will email when it is safe. What does that really mean. He is in the middle of an Ocean NOT in the US and chasing the bad guys... IS he ever "safe"? I guess that's not a question that can ever be answered fully or honestly. Well enough about that. Onto different things.

Abbie and I are planning a trip to go to Rockford, IL. this weekend. It's about an hour away from Chicago. I have had a lot of unnecessary drama and stress over the last 3 months and need an escape. Things in Springfield are just getting to crazy and not talking to Jack hasn't helped. So off we go to the great North. :) I think Abbie my cousin Kyle and I might make a little trip to Navy Pier and the Sears Tower. Depending on the weather of course. I lived in Illinois for 18 years and not one been to the Sears Tower... Kind of depressing. Oh well maybe this weekend that will change. We will have 4 days to get it done. :)

Wedding planning is coming along great. I have almost everything done. Church is booked, rehearsal dinner and reception booked, DJ booked, Dress bought, invites ordered, flower lady talked to, only things I really need to get done is to pick out a photographer and get the flowers done. My Aunt Cheryl aka Maid of Honor has been amazing. She has made planning this wedding so simple. I never thought I could do it in 4 months since I didn't start planning til January but she has made it possible. Now let's just hope that Jack gets the proper leave and actually gets to make it to our wedding. I'm beginning to get a little paranoid about it. :( I guess I just have to wait and hope it plays out my way. I have spent a lot of time and money at Davids Bridal over the last 3 days, but in the end it will all be worth it.

My days and nights are all a blur right now, I can't remember half of what I do when I do it. Another reason for starting this blog. That way when I look back at my work I can maybe remember what I did. Wednesday was an easy day I just stayed at home all day and hung out around the house. Nothing to exciting there. At least not that I can remember. Yesterday though I went to Davids Bridal with my Mom and Little Sister Amanda and Brother Nathan. We got Amanda's dress ordered and paid for and picked out a beautiful dress for my mom. We left and took Nathan to Menswearhouse where he got fitted and stuff for his Tux. I then came home ate some lunch and had another meeting at 4 with Kathy who is in charge of the reception. Everything is looking great and coming together very well. After that I had a WIC appointment at 6 and thought I was going to be there for ever... I was there at 6 and left by 6:15pm It was AWESOME. I love Illinois WIC appointments :)After that I got some food and decided to come home and just hang out around the house watching Criminal Minds. I then somehow stumbled a crossed the 3rd person to be blogging and decided I wanted to start blogging myself. So I did and spent about 3 hours trying to figure out how to make it pretty. So far so good. :) I'm very happy with myself and plan on blogging at least once a day if not more. For now I'm just taking things one day at a time.
